Colloidal Mist Minerals
Why everyone needs nutritional supplements
|
The cells of our bodies are electrically charged. Serious emotional conditions, infections and poor nutrition can all contribute to a chemical, and thus electrical, imbalance in our cells which leads to cell destruction. Our bodies require minerals for electrolyte balance. Over 60 minerals have been identified as being present in our bodies. Some, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sulphur, sodium and chlorine are present in larger amounts and are referred to as major minerals. Most minerals, however, are present in very small amounts and are referred to as trace minerals. An insufficiency of even one element can have a harmful effect on our bodies. A US Government publication states: No longer does a balanced and fully nourishing diet consist of so many calories or certain vitamins or affixed proportion of starches, proteins and carbohydrates. We now know that it must contain, in addition, something like a score of mineral salts . It is bad news to learn from leading authorities that 99% of the population is deficient in these minerals, and that a marked deficiency in any one of the more important minerals actually results in disease. Any upset of the balance, and considerable lack of one or another element, however small the body requirement may be, can cause us to sicken, or shorten our lives. Our bodies are unable to correctly absorb minerals in their metallic form as found in the soil and rocks, whereas colloidal minerals, photo-synthesised from plants are readily absorbed. The latter is highly preferable for two reasons. Firstly, in metallic form - as offered in many mineral supplements - probably only 5% to 8% are assimilated. Secondly, some minerals such as arsenic, cadmium and lead, when taken in metallic form, are usually poisonous but in colloidal form from plants, are highly beneficial. For instance, apples contain colloidal arsenic and lead and nearly all vegetables contain colloidal aluminium. Colloidal trace minerals from plants, are not only non- harmful to the body but are very healthful. In colloidal form they are rapidly assimilated by the body and used within a few hours. Thus, daily replacement is required. Could nature’s plants provide us with the minerals and vitamins that our bodies require? Unquestionably there was a day when the answer was yes. That was centuries ago. Our farming techniques leave most of the minerals in a chemically altered form such that they cannot be assimilated by plants. By our ignoring of natural fertilisation, our plants are deprived of minerals which, as a consequence, cannot be passed on to us. Moreover, it is important to understand that these metals in their plant form are usually free of any poisonous atoms of the same element in metallic form, that is, organic trace minerals act as a natural chelating agent to themselves. What this means, using aluminium as an example, is that photo-synthesised organic aluminium attaches itself to heavy metal aluminium and beneficially removes it from the soft body tissue. Today most, if not all of us, need to include in our diet a mineral and vitamin supplement. What do colloid mist minerals offer The finest and most complete organic plant derived minerals, providing all of the minerals and many of the vitamins that our bodies require. The renowned scientist and inventor, Thomas Edison, said with regard to the importance of preventing rather than treating disease: The Doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the prevention of disease. Dr Unus Pauling, twice Nobel prize winner said, you can trace every sickness, every disease and every ailment to a mineral deficiency. Mist Minerals are; Truly ‘Organic Plant-Derived’ minerals as nature intended for your body - not ground up rocks, metals or shells. Comprised of 77 different minerals to ensure that perfect metabolic actions take place in your body. The only organic minerals produced by the largest operation of its type -1,000 acres in Utah, USA. Produced by the only company to have its product tested by independent laboratories. Independently tested, showing the highest concentration of minerals available (over 38,000 mg per quart). Produced by the longest established volume production company. Mist Minerals are processed using only cold water methods. Conducting independent clinical studies, whose early indications show exciting reversals of serious health problems. Common questions about minerals What are minerals? They are elements along with carbon from which all living matter is constructed. How many of these minerals are there in our body? Over 60 have been identified but we believe that your body needs the 77 minerals that were present in the plants centuries ago. Why are minerals essential? As well as Oxygen, the body must have a full spectrum of minerals to experience full health. Two time Nobel Laureate Dr Unus Pauling and others are convinced that every sickness, disease and every ailment is linked to a mineral deficiency or imbalance. It is said that vitamins, enzymes and anti-oxidants do us little or no good if we lack minerals. They all act as co-factors. Even farmers and vets know that our plants are not enough to raise healthy animals and always supplement from birth with major minerals, trace minerals and vitamins. How should we get minerals into our body? We should be able to get all the minerals we require from the food that we eat, but even organic food now has only 15 to 25 minerals due to soil depletion. Years of natural erosion and over farming have left most of our food mineral-deficient. An official government report has stated that 'the soil is seriously deficient in minerals'. It is common knowledge that farmers are not paid to put minerals back into our soil. They are paid just to grow larger crops. What about the mineral tablets that we get at the shop or in bottled water? These are not intended for the human body. They are inorganic and not readily assimilated by the body because of their electrical charge and size. The electrical charge of the body cells is positive and the charge of inorganic metallic minerals is also positive and two like charges always repel each other. Do minerals in tablet form or in bottled water have any effect? It is known that on average, approximately 8% of the minerals in tablets and in water are absorbed into the body, thereby giving some beneficial effect. The rest are excreted via the urine. What are Colloidal Minerals? These are particles of minerals that are up to 1,000 times smaller than inorganic minerals. Colloidal is the form of mineral found in plants and carries a negative (-) charge. This negatively charged form of mineral allows for easy assimilation into and use by the body. Why do we need 77 different minerals? As well as the 7 major minerals such as calcium, magnesium, etc. There are 70 essential trace minerals such as Selenium, Copper, etc. These minerals are all required to fulfill various roles in the body. An example of how they work together can be seen from the major mineral calcium, which needs the trace mineral boron as a co-factor before it can be assimilated into the bones. It is still not known just what all these trace minerals do and research is continuing to ascertain which ones are essential. Until then it makes sense to take the full spectrum of minerals as insurance as nature intended. We do know that many of the minerals are needed as co-factors with the vitamins to perform their specific function. A deficiency in any mineral can have a detrimental effect. Each 100 mls of 77 Spray Mist Minerals contain approx. 200mgs of the following 77 Natural Plant derived Colloidal Minerals.
Our soil was not always deficient in minerals. If you could turn the clock back 70 million years, you would probably see an earth abundant with at least 84 minerals in its soil. 77 Colloidal Mist Minerals are from this era and are derived from prehistoric plants in their unaltered colloidal form, and are readily available for rapid absorption by the body. These minerals are 10,000 plant derived, leached from humic shale mined deep in the ground from Emery County Mine, Utah, USA. Not to be confused with metallic minerals which come from clay, ancient sea beds, ground-up rocks and soil. |
